Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use our returns portal at https://semode.de/apps/returns . There you can easily start the return process and complete all the necessary steps.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Please note that we do not accept returns of items that have been washed, worn, or have their labels removed.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you (excluding delivery costs or any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option) without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging materials. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.

3. Liability for loss : If you use your own label and the shipment is lost in transit to us, you, as the customer, assume full liability . In this case, no refund can be issued.

Returns due to non-delivery:

Should a shipment be returned to us due to an address error or failure to collect it, we will gladly resend it to you for €6.99. Alternatively, you can cancel the order – in which case we will deduct a small processing fee of €10 from your refund.
