Bestellung & Stornierung
Send us immediately your order number and the correct address. After handing over to the parcel service, no changes are possible.
Rückgabe & Retourenportal
Via our returns portal. There you register the return and receive your label or instructions.
You have 14 days to withdraw without giving any reason. The period begins when you (or a third party named by you) have received the goods – in the case of partial deliveries, from the receipt of the last goods.
Tip:
You can declare the cancellation informally – the deadline is important.
Write us a clear statement (e.g. by email) or use our portal. Return the goods within 14 days after cancellation. You will receive the refund after receipt & inspection.
The return shipping costs are usually borne by you. For returns within DE, flat-rate costs are taken into account when refunding. International returns may vary.

Non-EU returns are generally not possible.
Excluded are, among others, Sale items, as well as unsealed hygiene products, goods made to customer specifications, or perishable goods. For details, see cancellation policy.

Versand & Lieferung
We usually hand over to the shipping service provider within 1–3 business days after payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.
We ship with DHL and UPS. Shipping is generally possible worldwide; customs/import duties are borne by the recipient.
