Returns made easy!

We know that returning items can sometimes be a hassle, but don't worry - we've made the process as easy and stress-free as possible!

It's that easy:

• Original packaging: Please return your items in the original packaging to ensure everything arrives safely.
• 14 days time: You have 14 days after receiving your package to get your return underway.
• Faulty items? If there is a problem with your item, simply contact our customer service. We're happy to help you!

Important to note:

• To be sure everything goes smoothly: Make sure not to remove stickers and labels and keep clothes clean. Unfortunately, we cannot take back worn or dirty items or Saleproducts.

Your returns process:

1. Create a return: Simply visit our returns portal to create your return.
   
   
2. Costs: The return only costs €7.99 (within Germany), which will be offset against the refund.

Refund made easy:

As soon as we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 working days. After that, it only takes 4-6 business days for the refund to reach you!
The return shipping costs vary depending on the country and will be deducted directly from your refund.

Important: Returns without registration will not be accepted

If you send a return without prior registration and without using the official return label, problems may unfortunately arise. Here's what could happen:

• No acceptance: We will not accept returns without prior notification and without the official return label.
• No refund: Since the return is not recorded in our system, we cannot assign or process it, which means that no refund will be issued.
• Delays: If the package still arrives, it cannot be processed due to the lack of registration.

To ensure that your return is processed correctly and quickly, please always register it in advance via our online portal and use the returns label provided. This helps us process everything smoothly and get you your refund as quickly as possible.

Important: Use the official return label

To ensure that your return can be processed smoothly and quickly, it is essential to use our official return label. If you use your own return label, the following problems may occur:

1. No Assignment: Without the official label, it may be difficult for our warehouse team to assign your return to your customer account. This means that we cannot process the return.

2. No refund: We will not accept returns without our official return label. In such cases we cannot issue a refund.

3. Liability in the event of loss: If you use your own label and the shipment is lost on the way to us, you as the customer assume full liability. In this case no refund can be made.

What happens if shipments are undeliverable?

If a shipment returns to us due to an address error or non-collection, we will be happy to send it to you again. Please note that additional shipping costs must be paid for this. Alternatively, you can cancel the order - we will then deduct a small processing fee of €10 from your refund.
